We understand how important it is to remember that a person requiring care should be treated as an individual. Our approach to care is to recognise that residents will have their own experiences of life, their own needs and feelings, likes and dislikes.

In our care planning, we take account of the abilities, interests and preferences of our residents and aim to respond flexibly and sensitively.
 We focus on what our residents can do rather than what they cannot do and work with and support them to achieve improved quality of life.


We recognise that this is only possible when we engage friends, family and all personnel involved in the care of our residents, to join us in ensuring a strong circle of support for them.
