Frontline19 is a free of charge and confidential service for frontline workers that was set up by a team of experienced professionals, to offer support at a time convenient to you. You can connect with a professional over Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or Mobile. All the practitioners who are available to talk to are fully qualified and members of a recognised accreditation body.
COVID Calm offers stress management for healthcare workers. Sessions are confidential and take place over Zoom. There is no booking needed. You will be able to partake in a session for as little or as long as you like and you will have the chance to connect with other professionals around the world. Sessions are held every day and you can find details on their website.
Every Mind Matters
Every Mind Matters has been created by Public Health England, with tips and advice developed with experts and approved by the NHS. It will give you simple and practical advice to get a healthier mind – from how to deal with stress and anxiety, to sleeping better. You can also access self-care tips and information on further support.
Dedicated ‘CARE’ App for Social Care Workers
A new dedicated app for the adult social care workforce in England has been launched to support staff through the pandemic. The CARE branded app can be downloaded on Apple and Android supported smartphones or accessed by browsers on any device. You can access guidance, learning resources, discounts and other support.
