Whistleblowing Guidance

You are encouraged to speak out when you have observed something that does not seem right or safe, you have concerns about the safety or wellbeing of someone we support or you feel uncomfortable and you need to tell someone. 

In the first instance – tell your Line Manager, Home Manager or Area Manager. If you would prefer to raise your concerns via our Webpage, please use the below link - your submission will be treated with confidence:

Your concerns will be logged centrally, confidentially, anonymously and sent immediately to the CEO, Chief Operations Officer and Training and Compliance Manager.
