Bonhomie Oaklands Park (BOP) is a newly registered service with nineteen spacious apartments consisting of a lounge, kitchenette and bedroom with ensuite facilities. Our primary focus is to provide care and support for those with complex needs including acquired brain injury.

Recovery Pathways

Complex care is in itself a complex area, encompassing a large group of people who often present with a wide range of long-standing and multifaceted care needs, including those with long term physical health conditions who may also have mental health issues. Each person can expect an individualised plan of care; we will work with each individual to effect a 'Recovery Pathway', taking into account the best course of evidence based care and treatment with the aspiration of enabling the individual to achieve the highest quality of life possible and put their personal goals at the top of our agenda.

Recovery Domains

As the type and range of needs will always be unique to every person, we have developed a set of Recovery Domains which will be used to drive creative and practical solutions that help to meet their respective goals and abilities. These domains include (but are not limited to) issues related to mental health, physical health, communication, self care and wellbeing.
