Learning Disabilities

29 Fenwick Road is an end of terrace house situated in a quiet residential area, close to shops and bus routes and with good access to surrounding parks and leisure facilities in the area. 

​

The property is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide accommodation and support to three people with learning disabilities aged 18 years and upwards.

 

The accommodation consists of:

 

• individual bedrooms

• a kitchen

• lounge

• bathrooms

​

All bedrooms and communal areas are furnished and decorated to a high standard, and there is an enclosed garden to the rear of the property.

We aim to provide is the achievement of valued social roles for our residents and their participation in all aspects of their daily life.
